Turkish Airlines EuroLeague 2017 Final Four matches will be played at the Sinan Erdem Dome located in Ataköy/Bakırköy, European side of the city. Built in 2010, the Sinan Erdem Dome is the largest multi-purpose indoor arenas in Turkey with an approximate capacity of 17,000. Special for EuroLeague 2017 Final Four, the seats were renewed and Europe’s largest cube screen was placed to the Sinan Erdem Dome.
Since 2010, the Sinan Erdem Dome hosted several important tournaments and matches such as: 2010 FIBA World Championship knockout stage and final, 2011 WTA Tour Championships, EuroLeague 2012 Final Four, 2012 WTA Tour Championships, and 2013 WTA Tour Championships. In addition, since 2010 the Sinan Erdem Dome has been home to Turkish national basketball team.
Located in Ataköy/Bakırköy, the Sinan Erdem Dome is very close to the Istanbul Ataturk Airport and its environs are mainly residential apartments.
